Mantua Lodge #95

For 154 years, Mantua Masonic Lodge No. 95 has proudly served as a cornerstone of our community. Established by veterans of the American Civil War, we are part of the world’s largest fraternal organization, woven into the very fabric of Mantua and its surrounding towns. Prominent community leaders such as Heritage, Hurf, Turner, Sickler, and Chew have played significant roles in our Lodge’s history and continue to inspire our commitment to service.

Throughout our rich history, we have occupied various buildings in the area, consistently fostering fellowship and striving for the betterment of our community. Our mission is to illuminate the lives of those around us through dedicated service and support.

We actively engage in numerous charitable initiatives, such as local holiday work, Toys for Tots, Hoagies for Hope, The Food Bank of South Jersey, and many others. One heartfelt example of our commitment to community support is our assistance to a newborn baby, who faced a heart defect at birth. We provided her family with essential resources, including a new hot water heater, food, clothing, and medical supplies during a challenging time.

In addition to our local efforts, we also contribute to broader regional charitable organizations through Masonic Charities, such as the Children’s Dyslexia Centers of New Jersey and Shriners Hospitals. Together, we strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve, embodying the spirit of brotherhood and compassion that defines our Lodge.

This work is made possible thanks to the incredible support of the community we proudly serve. The majority of the funding for our initiatives is generated through the generous contributions of our local community, including hoagie sales, donations, and various fundraising activities. We sincerely appreciate your unwavering support over the past 150 years.
